Design Package
Design delivery
We ensure the final set of garage and house design will comply with zoning bylaw and building code. The package will be ready for building permit submission which include the followings:
Site plan with detailed grade elevations, siting of the buildings, fence, retaining walls and landscaping.
Detailed elevations of all sides showing exterior finishes, wall heights, finished grades, and footing.
Foundation plan with detailed dimensions
Floor plans showing all the walls, opening location and size.
Roof plan showing roof slopes, overhang, ridge and valley.
Wall details and/or Cross section cut through house or garage.
Construction notations and calculation that show conformance of current BC Building Code.
Final house plans and garage plans in PDF format. Excellent for emailing house plans and garage plans to print shops and builders.
